
Tom Hill, Chief Executive Officer / Owner has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Tom, a Dean’s List graduate in Business Administration from Baylor University leads the company’s financial management, strategic planning and job costing initiatives to ensure project budget integrity and accountability across the board. As a third generation commercial building contractor, Tom takes great pride in maintaining ESI’s current designation as Idaho’s top privately held General Contractor.

Neil Nelson, President and Owner has 20 years of leadership experience in operations, marketing, strategic planning and project management. Neil is a licensed Construction Manager with a Construction Management degree from Boise State University. Neil leads ESI’s Construction, Design and Business Development initiatives including the management of ESI’s special projects group, ESTECH Services.

Nels Nelson, Vice President of Operations, is an experienced building veteran with 20 years industry experience. Nels’ Government Security Clearance and extensive understanding of government and high-tech requirements enable him to lead a team that focuses on government, military and highly technical projects. Nels is a Boise State University graduate with a degree in Construction Management.

Joe Jackson, Vice President of Operations, has extensive experience in the healthcare and high tech construction industry with contracts spanning from $100,000 to $100,000,000. With nearly 20 years industry experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Boise State University and ASHE Certification, Joe leads a team of Project Managers who focus on ESI’s healthcare, industrial, hospitality and retail divisions.

Anita Keil, Pre-Construction Manager and Director of Estimating , has 16 years experience in the construction industry. A native of Clones, Ireland, and graduate of University of Ulster at Jordanstown, Anita oversees bid strategy and pricing estimates for potential new projects and clients. Anita interfaces with Owner, Design Team and other contractors to provide timely engineering and cost data to assist operations in the final evaluation of a proposal.

Rob Shockley, V.P. of Risk Management, has been a licensed member of the Idaho State Bar since 1993. Rob serves on ESI’s Board of Directors and oversees ESI’s contract negotiations, insurance requirements and compliance programs including SWPPP, Job Safety, Subcontractor Qualification and Immigration/Employment Eligibility.
