ESI was selected as the General Contractor / Construction Manager of this two-story medical office building. This facility has a steel structure frame with a composite concrete slab floor. The professional appearance of the exterior is comprised of stucco and stone veneer, glazing and pre-cast elements. The facility is a freestanding medical building consisting of 76,173 square feet of medical office space with varied specialties, MRI and CT imaging, surgery suites and a free standing Emergency Department.
ESI constructed the "core and shell" in 2005 and has continued with various Tenant Improvements through 2007.
