ESI was selected as the General Contractor for the Hyatt Place Hotel at the Gateway located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This grand structure is a 6-story, 128-room, 80,000 square foot hotel that features a covered entryway, swimming pool, fitness center -- and a two-way driveway. ESI’s involvement in the project includes providing general contracting services and value engineering for this competitively bid project.
