ESI was selected as a Design/Builder for the design and construction of the Mulvaney Medical Office Building located on the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center campus in Boise, Idaho. This project consists of 70,157 SF, three-story core and shell steel structure with Cast in Place Shear Cores (elevator shaft and stairwells), Precast, ACM & Curtain Wall Skin, 3500 SF 2nd Floor Wellness Garden and a first floor I-2 rated space for future Saint Alphonsus Space. The Mulvaney Medical Office Building (MOB) is pursuing LEED Silver Certification and will be the first MOB to attempt LEED Certification in the State of Idaho.
