- LISTEN:
Evaluate and offer recommendations to fit your needs and budget.
- SITE ANALYSIS / REAL ESTATE SERVICES:
If property has not already been selected, we will recommend real-estate professionals. We can point out the drawbacks and benefits for a particular property.
- DESIGN SELECTION AND DESIGN LEADERSHIP:
ESI can either select all of the consultants (Architect, Engineer, etc.) or assist with the selection process.
- SCHEDULE:
Develop accurate design and construction schedules.
- COST ANALYSIS:
Develop budget estimates at key times during the design phase.
- VALUE ENGINEERING:
Evaluate and recommend the drawbacks and benefits to different scenarios such as masonry versus a stud framed building. Recommend options to contain costs if required while still meeting the owner's needs.
