SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
ESI has employed a qualified Safety Director to conduct job site safety audits throughout various phases of each project. ESI's Safety Director ensures each job site is adhering to all Federal, State and Local safety regulations and makes recommendations when warranted. Each Project Manager works in union with the Safety Director and makes certain all its Superintendents are trained in Fall Protection, SWPPP, Forklift Safety and the OSHA 10-Hour Class.
OSHA PARTNERSHIP
ESI has formed a partnership with OSHA and works in unison with this agency to ensure that our job sites are in compliance with all safety requirements. Our company-wide safety policy and day-to-day practices clearly demonstrate our commitment to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Our workers compensation experience modification rate is significantly below the industry standard. ESI has produced this outstanding safety record by encouraging and providing continuing education for our entire staff, both in the office and in the field.

SWPPP TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES
Every Superintendent and Project Manager at ESI is trained and certified as a Qualified Storm Water Construction Inspector through Paradigm Engineering. This training specifically covers storm water regulations, storm water pollution prevention plans, best management practices, site inspection procedures, endangered species and historical preservation impacts. This certification qualifies our staff to perform the necessary storm water site inspections.

SWPPP Safety SITE INSPECTIONS
ESI has implemented a double check system to ensure all our construction sites are in compliance with State and Federal SWPPP regulations and inspection submission requirements.

ESI takes SWPPP compliance very seriously and we have instituted the necessary safe-guards to ensure compliance at every level.
